Value | Living Well with What You Have

Mira and Howard live in New York City (for now). They both think ‘thinking’ is a symptom and wish they can switch it off at will and be more ‘present’. Mira loves the anonymity of staying in a big city. Howard thinks that he is currently ’stuck’ here because he cannot drag his wife somewhere else. Howard loves country living.

Both love to laugh, talk to each other and their morning walks.

Read Mira’s Photo Journey below…

“It all started when I was lying in an ambulance. I just had a car accident and my shirt was drenched in blood. I couldn’t speak. I stared at the strangers on the streets staring back at me, I thought to myself, “What the heck, I almost died! I’m just going to buy myself a DSLR!”.

You see, I had been thinking of owning a DSLR for years but have never gotten over the sticker shock. (Yes, I also thought of my loved ones when I was in the ambulance, if you are curious.)

One week later, I ordered one. This is how my photo journey started. Accident, blood, ambulance, DSLR……

Enjoy the pictures!

“I welcome you to extend your hands to us as this community takes shape, as it surely will. You can email us your questions and if it is important to you we will give you our perspective and share with you our experiences.

I will write about my perspective or provide an open window into my world and how I view money, time, and spirituality. And in the midst of all, this thing we called living.”

I cherish the interaction I have with you, most likely you are our friends or family, whom I would remember most, and everything else that is material, is just that.

Relationship gives best a fleeting joy, beautiful for now but perhaps it will be like everything before – just faded memories. Wherever I was fortunate to find myself, I always remember the people, seldom the material things of this world.”
